Our Team in Media, PA is looking for a new Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist Your Role Sea Logistics Reefer Customer Care Specialist Your Responsibilities Processing all documents for reefer
shipments in compliance with USCBP and Import regulations. Handling shipments from the time we receive a
pre-advise from KN origin station, making payments to carriers and vendors,
working with internal or external brokers and arranging last mile delivery and
POD. Monitoring of shipments, creating
reports and quotes. Direct communication with customers, overseas offices, steamship
lines and truckers. Create Pharma GXP/GDP SOP's. Excellent pro-active customer
service support and great communication skills are key factors to success in
this fast paced position. Obtaining and maintaining a high level of data
