Overview:
The Controller’s Office is responsible for the companies' enterprise-wide accounting activities. This includes maintaining internal controls; compliance with federal, state, and other legal reporting requirements; grants management; revenue recognition; general ledger activity; accounts payable/receivable; payroll; tax; and procurement functions to include managing strategic outsourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
The Financial Systems Advisor will bring extensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) knowledge, both functional and technical skills. The Advisor is responsible for effectively coordinating operational tasks and providing customer service and follow-through. The Advisor provides training and serves as a subject matter expert. This position is also responsible for performing testing and maintaining documentation.
