Job Description


• Planning of finished product supply

• Execute and improve the purchase to pay process (finished product)

• Supervise, manage and improve inbound and outbound logistics as well as warehousing (finished product)

• Reporting of supply chain KPIs

Basic Qualifications • Min. 3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain Management, preferably from Food or Dietary Supplement companies

• Relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor level, for example Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management or the like

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and MS Teams; knowledge of Dynamics 365 and SAP is a plus

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

Manager responsibilities N/A

Tasks and responsibilities • Organize and facilitate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings

• Facilitate creation of consensus forecast

• Prepare CMO capacity plan (RCCP), supply plan and delivery schedule for finished products

• Maintain and improve systems and processes underlying S&OP in collaboration with other Supply Coordinators

• Order products from CMOs, resolve inbound logistics and delivery issues

• Coordinate product release procedures

• Supervise inbound logistics, including compliance with quality system and traceability requirements

• Monitor product stock at warehouse (internal or outsourced) and ensure defined stock levels

• Check CMO and logistics provider invoices for correctness, monitor payment

• Define, measure and report Supply Chain Performance KPIs

• Conduct periodic service level reviews with 3rd party transport providers

• Act as backup for other Supply Coordinators (B2C, B2B)

• Is able to stay positive and motivated when faced with a multitude of requests (e.g. from customers, suppliers, stakeholders)

• Can adapt and stay in tune with the rapidly evolving environment, both in terms of tasks and organizational change

• Has a mature understanding of structure, processes and systems required in a professional Supply Chain organization and will embrace the opportunity to implement where they are absent

Challenges in position • Candidate will be immersed in a high growth business, characterized by constant change and ambiguity

• Candidate will be challenged with a multitude of requests coming from customers, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders

• Candidate will need to ensure that establishment of structure, processes and systems happens in alignment with OH Supply Chain operating model and other OH business units (B2C, B2B)
