Solid networking skills, knowledge of how to source on social media, and enjoyment of learning about different roles, will make a candidate successful. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer may also manage its own requisition load during high requisition volume peaks. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, FB, networking events, etc). Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
