Manager, Process Improvement Responsibilities The Manager Process improvement (MPI) will work with the Director of Operational programs to develop and implement business improvement actions, with a specific focus on the use of the ERP system, as well as the effectiveness of the Helpdesk process for the market teams. The MPI is responsible for the development, implementation (change management), and follow up auditing, of national programs that impact market operations. MPI will utilize Lean Six Sigma approaches to solve practical operational and system issues that market users are facing. The role is rooted in the use of D365 and the rest of the ERP suite, so experience with implementation of complex applications is important. MPI will lead or support Kaizen events, including blitzes for simple solutions, as well as longer programs for more comprehensive Lean efforts.
