The Customer Solutions Analyst will be the primary interface with customers to ensure effective order processing and communicate product availability. The Customer Solutions Analyst will also be collaborating with internal stakeholders including Sales, Engineering and Planning on new product introduction projects, reconciling the gaps between demand and supply and driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer experience.
