Create standard work instructions and task descriptions. Compose job plans including hazard evaluations, LOTO, material and labor estimates. Advise management on recommendations for equipment improvement, modification, or replacement. Utilize CMMS to track and report on equipment reliability and uptime. Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and training to maintenance technicians. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical degree. Must have 3+ years of experience in a production, processing, or assembly environment. Proficient in physics as it relates to pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical circuits. Comfort working with VFD and servo devices. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Project, and Powerpoint.
