Persons in the role could be helping with any number of positions along the line, giving your day variety. Schedule and Pay Expectations: Regular schedule will be Monday-Thursday from 5:00am-2:00pm and Friday from 5:00am-12:00pm. Starting pay is set at $18.00 per hour, full benefits included! Plant Accountant   – Cold Spring, MN Principle Responsibilities: Complete month end close responsibilities related to production accounting. Complete daily, weekly, monthly P&L reporting. Reconcile production accounting activities related to inventory Create, validate and update weekly product costing runs. Create new product cost set up. Maintain bill of materials and product routings Analyze production variances and report weekly to plant management Analyze revenue and costs to explain cost components and variances. Reconcile production variance P&L to financial P&L. Record cost data for use by management in controlling expenditures • May determine and install cost accounting methods and procedures Liaise with production teams to ensure procedures are being followed.
