Under the direct supervision of the Procurement Manager the Procurement Agent will source products and materials for one or more projects within their assigned region.  Qualifies and evaluates for vendors of materials, subcontractors, and service providers for recommendation to the Procurement Manager. Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams. Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables. Maintains the records of goods ordered and received; supports Accounts Payable reconciliation. Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under the supervision and guidance of a procurement manager. Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan. Support published corporate policies. Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
