Under the direction of the Manager, the clinical quality data collection specialist will assist with projects related to clinical chart extraction and data collection and information processing.   Description:   Position will be responsible for coordinating the collection and abstraction of clinical data from medical records and assembling the data into an excel format for upload and reporting.  Review and extract from paper and electronic medical records to report on quality measures. Work with the medical office staff to obtain medical reports/records and provide accurate reporting. Accurately enter and track data on Excel spreadsheets and/or online reporting tools. Support for clinical quality and case management daily operations. Perform all other related duties as assigned or requested. Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and co-workers.
